25th of April Entry[do not ask me why i didn't publish it yesterday]:

I took early leave from school today. Totally regret it. On the train back to tampines, i stepped into a cabin full of caucasians. so i sat down, beside this 20 plus year old man. he is wearing suit and all so i assume he is going for the expo event, and bam..i'm right. haha..anyway, we seems to be "communicating" though. through gadgets. haha..but well, it goes on and the funny part is when i dropped my contact lens on the floor. the one that is still inside the package cause i'm wearing spectacles. haha...

Well, when i reached tampines, there is this aunty that when around asking people to buy from her tissue. so well, in my mind, my goal is to reach DBS Raffles asap so that i dont have to wait so long. and the moment i walk past her, i felt strongly in my heart of this phrase: "When you give to the poor, you lend to the Lord." whoa...well, anyway, after the doctor and all, she is still there. so well, the phrase popped out in my heart again. so i gave her 2 dollars in coin. she said that it is too much, and she is afraid that i wont have enough, because i'm wearing school uniform so she assume that i wont have enough. but i assure her and quickly walk away...


I feel like strangling the doctor. i got sinus and all. but she cant be bothered to check much but all she care about is _____. haiz..



Thank God for blessings. Someone blessed me with $50. haha!!! guess who is it?


Anyway, i still dont understand why people would want to boast about the things i'm going to list below.

Things people always boast to me about, which i think is ______:

1. Boast about the place or type of house that they live in. Well, i'm not impressed at all. Whether you live in a HDB, Condominium, Private Property and blah blah blah. Reason for this is that people nowadays are asset-rich, and not much of cash-rich. and you can talk to me day and night about how rich you are cause you live in this kind of house and all. well, save you breath. cause i dont get impressed by this at all.
2. Boast about their knowledge of celebrity or whoever they know who is a celebrity. I think once again, a waste of your breath. c'mon. it is the celebrity's life. not yours. they are the ones that is famous and all. well, i'm not saying anything about their talents and all. i'm saying about over-idolising or thinking that when you know these people, or information about these people, you will increase in your influence. well, it is NOT YOU. bleh.
   
3. Boast about the number of boyfriend/girlfriend that they have. well, i think this reflects more on your character then to boost your influence. to people like me, you are just wasting your time, playing with the other party feelings and most importantly, you do not treasure relationship. and one group of people that i strongly dislike is people who do not treasure relationship. be it friends, relatives etc.
   
4. Boast about what great food you can cook. Yes, i admit. i can't cook. so what? anyway, me over here only cares about the outcome, if its nice, i give compliment. if its not, i'll just criticise it. get it? and anyway, im not interested in food industry. any kind. so even if you own a shop or whatever related to food industry, i would yawn. well, cause thats not what i'm planning to do. food is a necessity.
