This is gonna be a long entry. Be prepared for it.
Firstly, lets talk about the events that happened yesterday. Well, in the morning, we are supposed to go to Serangoon stadium for the 2.4km run for NAFA test. I was lost at first, but after a while, i managed to find that place. [urgh!!]. Next, Mr Azlan asked me to help him to with the markings and all. So i did. Suddenly, when they started running, he said that "your hair color is red". so when i heard that, immediately i try to defend myself and all, but well, its a miscommunication. He is actually praising me...haha..he actually liked the hair color. But he say make sure when not under the sunlight, it is black. hmm. i think he is being too kind to me. Went to toh tuck again. For the 3rd student council thingy. its actually a waste of time, but well, i'm there to support the VP. haha.. SADDAD!! haha...we cheered, clapped and stand up when he collected his tag.
Ok. Today, is CIP day. We went to All Saints Home in tampines. well, we sang songs and all for the old folks there. i managed to interract with some of the old folks there and the most memorable one was an uncle named Phillip. He took out his file, showed me some christian songs and asked me to sing for him to hear!!! urgh. so well, i was hoping in my mind that he would change his mind, but well, he didn't. [oh no!] well, i flipped through the file, and i sang the song "come holy spirit, fall afresh on me" that one. haiz. anyway, he talks about God to me. and i managed to learn new things from him. i happened to take a glimpse on the photo on his bedside table, and well, i think that is his daughter. and wow, man o man..she looks like one of the celebrity. but i can't remember her name.
We went to watch movie just now. We watched "TAKE THE LEAD". wow. it is super duper nice, for the DANCE ONLY. if you wanna watch a movie with a great storyline, i dont think this is what you are looking for? hmm. but from this movie, i've learnt about racial stereotyping, gender stereotyping and all. i dont know if my fellow classmates felt the same way as i do, but probably i'm seeing too deep into the movie. anyway, the caucasian woman beside is funny. haha..her laughter makes me laugh. then the 2 malay girls behind me laughed as well.
YEAH!! I've got a MICKEY MOUSE DOLL!!! hee...amanda and abigail went to play the "catch" toy machine..and they got a mickey and minnie mouse!! haha...with just one try!! twice in a row!! way to go girls.
