WOMAN/WOMEN

I know that i'm a feminist. But today, i'm going to blog something about woman. Yes, i'm a woman, but i'm going to type this down here.

Firstly, some woman starts to feel wimpy when they have their menses[yes, i know its a sensitive issue]. Well, the reason why i'm saying this is that i tend to get very fed up when girls get their menses and started to withdraw from events, celebrations and such cause they said that they prefer to stay home..yes, at times i will feel that way too..but well, in order for woman to become outstanding and not to be pressed against by the stereotyping ideas placed upon us, i guess we have to step out first in physical conditions. So there you go girls. You asked for girls to become stronger and less dependent on males. So STOP using this as an excuse [to whom it may concern...hint hint to you. please come for THAT event. thanks].

Secondly, woman tends to take pride in material things. For example, staying in a condo allows them to feel "richer" or better off than those staying in HDB flat or having a car and not realising that it is just a paradox that they hold on to. How about this...woman going for man that have 5Cs or more?

Saw this in TODAY newspaper which i think is interesting:
"Cash, car, condo, credit card, country club exuding prestige. These 5Cs have been upgraded. For the newest nouveau riche. The sleekest cars, the finest wines, the best on the designer scene. 'Tickets for a Shakespeare play?' 'Eh, Roman and Julia you mean?'"

Why can't woman not hang on to these material needs? Beats me. Security? Well, i think for a woman, especially a woman of God, hanging on to God is the MAIN important thing that we should seek in our life. I've read many books for woman and i realised that majority of it talks about how important it is for us to rely on God more than on man or material needs.
