Hyperventilation.

Again.

This time, ambulance came to school and send me to the hospital. The paramedics really helped me a lot. So did Ms Ng, some other teachers, Abi and Amanda.

It started with breathlessness during the 2.4km. I saw a face before i become breathless. Dont ask me what is that. Its scary. Charmaine accompanied me to class, so my condition got better. It became worst, when she left. Feels like someone squeezing the breath out of me. It like, i'm forcing myself to breathe. Numbness on my right side.


Ended up in NUH. Didn't even know which hospital i was at when i'm in A&E resting on the bed. No one talked to me. I only knew where i was when my mum came.


Am praying really hard it wont happen again. The worst feelings that i've ever experienced.
